Video: Lazyeyes - "Wait"

Brooklyn newcomers Lazyeyes released their debut effort, a self-titled four-track EP, a couple weeks back via bandcamp. A few weeks prior to that, they unveiled the skillfully animated, entirely awesome video for their single "Wait".

The well-executed clip takes a backseat, however, to the dreamy melodic number. Off the top of my head, the forceful oohs remind me of Local Natives' "Breakers" and the track's overall modern day symphony-like instrumentation, sparse vocals delivery will most likely garner the band comparisons to M83. Regardless of what or who they sound like, the new trio seem to know what makes for a good song. See what I mean below.
