Black Keys to tour with Flaming Lips, start work on new album

Good news for residents of Kansas City, Pittsburgh, Atlanta and Nashville, the Flaming Lips will meet up with the Black Keys and head to your city for a rock show of epic proportions. Find out when they'll be doing so below. Apologies to the rest of the world who will miss out on this phenomenal pairing.

According to a recent interview with Mojo, Keys frontman Dan Auerbach revealed: "We're going to start making the new album in the second week of January and we're hoping to have it done by some time in March." Don't forget, TFL's also have a new LP on the way, which was apparently wrapped up this past summer.
