Ceremony cover Violent Femmes

Aside from a few questionable choices, the A.V. Club usually put together solid song lists for their Undercover series. The latest entry is not only a prime example of the outlet's knack for picking out classic (or semi-classic) tunes for bands to cover, but also their ability to find the right artists to take on said tunes.

This go around, hardcore punks Ceremony passed up Top Gun's "Danger Zone" to take a swing at the Violent Femmes' "Kiss Off", from the Milwaukee group's 1983 self-titled debut LP. Their rendition doesn't leave people with much to complain about. View the clip below.
