Jimmy Fallon has turned yet another classic rock hit into an athletic sensation tribute. Last time around, the late night show host morphed into Tebowie. This time, Fallon appeared as Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder and parodied the veteran Seattle group's 1992 rock staple "Jeremy". Watch of the results, officially and appropriately titled "Jeremy (Lin)", below.
