Watch Andrew Bird's "Sounds From A Room" performance

Andrew Bird Break It Yourself

This weekend Andrew Bird performed in London as a part of the "Sounds From A Room" music series. The monthly series takes place inside a boat sitting atop Queen Elizabeth Hall, placed there as an art installation entitled "A Room For London". Musicians are invited to stay in the room for two days before putting on a webcasted performance from the room.

Andrew Bird’s violin and whistling filled performance will be available to stream online until next month, when German composer Heiner Goebbels performs. Bird’s next album, Break It Yourself, comes out on March 6 via Mom + Pop Music. Watch the whole performance over at the "Sounds From A Room" site
