Review: ON AN ON - "The Hunter"

ON AN ON band

The overdriven digitalized indie pop production approach has become quite common in recent years, but chances are you haven't heard melodic synthpop delivered in the way Chicago/Minneapolis outfit ON AN ON bring it to you with their new single "The Hunter". The slick all-hook anthem floats an overly ecstatic mood and some skillfully ambiguous lyrics. Whether or not you can figure out the vocalist's intentions, you'll at least come away with a new song that's not likely to escape your head anytime soon.
