Review: Ra Ra Riot - "Beta Love"

Ra Ra Riot Beta Love

After solo projects and losing a memberRa Ra Riot have a new album all wrapped up. The effort, set to be titled Beta Love, will arrive January 22nd, thanks to Barsuk Records.

The LP's title track is certainly a departure from the Syracuse band's previous work. Featuring a bold dance pop aura, piercing falsettos and a hint of flute, "Beta Love" makes for a mood-rising listen. While almost annoyingly catchy, the hook will probably sink into your head (whether you want it to or not), which is certainly worth something, right?
