Jeff Mangum's name dropped on 'Parks and Recreation' (video)

When asked "Which rockstar would your lady 'get with'", Andy (Chris Pratt) happened think it would be him. Apparently that is not the case as April's (Aubrey Plaza) heart belongs to Neutral Milk Hotel's (heartthrob) Jeff Mangum. Check out the Parks and Recreation video clip below.
