Video: Jens Lekman performs three acoustic songs on NPR

Dreamy Swede Jens Lekman did an acoustic set for the latest episode of NPR’s Tiny Desk concert series. Lekman, joined by his burly drummer Addison Rogers, sings three songs: “I Want a Pair of Cowboy Boots” (0:05), “The End of the World is Bigger Than Love” (3:43), and “Waiting For Kirsten” (10:05).

While Lekman’s lyrics can be a little dramatic, his voice is incredible, and this set does him total justice. His latest EP, An Argument With Myself came out in September via Secretly Canadian. Watch Jens keep his eyes closed for 15 minutes in the video below.
