Crime In Stereo live

Crime In Stereo playing Montclair's Meat Locker

Washington Square Park

Crime In Stereo stopped by Montclair's Meat Locker this past Saturday, January 8th. Also, on the bill was Washington Square Park, Incendiary (Long Island) and Trees Above Mandalay. The Long Island five-piece are fresh off of a national tour with Brand New & Thrice. The group is currently on a small break from the road before heading out in February in support of their new full-length I Was Trying To Describe You To Someone, which comes out February 23rd on Bridge Nine.

CIS's hour set consisted of material off almost all their releases including songs from their yet to be released album. Their new material garnered a great response from the crowd, but then again CIS entire set had the audience toppling over and on to the stage. Luckily, if you missed your shot at seeing Crime In Stereo this past Saturday, you'll have another chance at catching them @ The Studio (Webster Hall) in NYC the day after their record comes out. More info on that show here.
